Our Philosophy
Our corporate philosophy is based on the principle that respect for nature and biodiversity are essential for the production of genuine and high-quality foods. Every Bianchi product, from wines to honeys, reflects our dedication to organic farming, certified by Bio Suisse, and our commitment to environmental conservation.
Our Products
Wines
The diversity of our lands allows us to cultivate unique grape varieties. For white wines, we rely on the Johanniter and Solaris varieties, while our red wines and rosé sparkling wines come from innovative vines from the Cabernet Sauvignon family. Since 2012, we have also introduced the cultivation of Merlot, Syrah, and Chardonnay, always following the principles of organic farming.
Honey
Apiculture is a fundamental element of our organic farm. With over 500 beehives, we produce a variety of honeys that capture the essence of Ticino, following a sustainable approach that respects the natural cycle of the bees.
Other Products
In addition to wines and honey, we offer a variety of products including grappas, walnut liqueur, and herbal wine vinegar. These items exemplify our desire to enhance every aspect of our agricultural production, while also providing unique products that reflect the richness of our territory.
Bianchi Experiences
Wine tourism is an integral part of our identity. We offer authentic experiences ranging from guided tours in the vineyards and tastings of our wines, to educational activities and moments of conviviality immersed in the nature of Ticino. In addition, our Merlot Piaz Barricaded Red Wine has repeatedly won the silver medal at the Decanter World Wine Awards, an outstanding result that testifies to the attention to detail and passion we dedicate to creating each bottle. This recognition is complemented by the second place in the Gran Maestro category at the Mondial du Merlot, highlighting our ability to excel in a global competition with wines that best express the unique character of the Ticino region.
