About Sambì

We are a small local family-run reality, originating from Arogno, in the heart of Val Mara in Ticino.

Born from the two brothers Gabriele and Martino Bianchi, Sambì has the mission to reproduce an ancient recipe of our ancestors, bringing it back to our days and taking the time necessary to be revisited, maintaining the intrinsic connection with the tradition passed down by those who preceded us but adapting and improving it with modern production techniques and with a fresh and contemporary touch of our generation.

We dedicate ourselves to the production of a product that has solid roots in the territory where it originates and represents its image wherever it is offered, drawing inspiration from the generations that preceded us and who with great sacrifice and effort, created a drink to share healthy convivial moments, for everyone, without any distinction.
