Would it be possible to visit the estate and taste the products?

Yes, visits are offered from Monday to Saturday for groups of at least two people. You can find all the information on prices and offers at this link. To book, send an email to info@bianchi.bio or call +41 76 273 20 50, specifying the number of participants and the desired date.

How can I buy a bottle of Marà del Lago?

Marà del Lago is a limited edition of 280 bottles. Reservations open one year before bottling. You can send your request to info@bianchi.bio, specifying the quantity, address, and phone number. The bottles are available each year during the first half of December. Buyers will receive an invitation to collect their order at the estate and take part in a comparative tasting. The price per bottle is CHF 85.

How does the picnic at the GdB work?

Picnics take place on specific dates, which you can find on this page. You can also book using the form. You will receive all details by email with your booking confirmation. The event starts at 6:00 p.m., but you may arrive later. The price is CHF 39 per person, which includes the picnic area setup, a picnic basket, and one drink. A bar on-site offers additional drinks, cocktails, and wine by the bottle or glass.

How do gift cards work?

You can purchase a voucher for an experience (visit, tasting, or picnic) directly online. Upon receipt of your order, we will send you a printed copy to the specified address. The gift recipient must contact us to book their visit. Upon request, a digital copy of the voucher can be sent by email within three working days.

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free for orders over CHF 180. For smaller orders, shipping costs CHF 15. To save on delivery fees, you can collect your order directly from the Arogno winery.

Delivery is free when purchasing vouchers or experiences.

How can I receive the products at home?

Our logistics partner is Planzer: you will receive an email or SMS to coordinate delivery or authorize the package to be left in your absence.

Do you deliver outside Switzerland?

We currently do not deliver or ship outside Switzerland.

What happens if I buy a defective bottle?

In accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Wine Trade Association, defective bottles are replaced within one year of purchase. It is important to notify us of the issue within eight days of collection or receipt of the goods and to keep the bottle and its cork so that we can proceed with a free replacement.

Is it possible to reach your winery by public transport?

Yes, the nearest stop is “Arogno, Nebbia,” located just 50 meters from the winery. For timetables, please visit www.sbb.ch.

Is parking available at the winery?

Yes, parking is available. For large groups or buses, please contact us in advance for specific instructions.

Can I bring my dog to an event?

Pets are not allowed inside the cellar, as we comply with hygiene standards applicable to food production facilities. Outdoor events, such as picnics at the Garden of Biodiversity, are an exception.

I would like to organize a corporate or private event at your venue. Is that possible?

Yes, the winery can be privatized for your private, corporate, or team-building event. For more information, availability, and pricing, please contact us at info@bianchi.bio. We can accommodate groups of up to 45–50 people.

How can I offer a Vine Lifetime?

You can “adopt” a vine and receive one bottle of wine each year for five years. Simply purchase the plan online, then send an email to info@bianchi.bio with the name you would like engraved on the label. We will ship the first bottle, certificate, and label within five working days. The beneficiary can contact us to schedule a visit and tasting, during which they will place the label on their vine.

Are your wines vegan?

Yes. We use plant-based yeasts and no animal-derived products during winemaking. The same applies to Sambì.

Is it possible to buy products directly from the winery?

Of course. The estate shop is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
