A small taste of the book

“Lovely Little Recipes for Everyday” published by Unforgettable Editions. is my first cookbook. After nearly ten years of recipes published on the blog, this book is born, collecting 64 recipes divided by seasons ranging from sweet to savory, from starters to desserts using many local products and gathering testimonials from the producers.

In the introduction, I write, “I would like you to see this selection of recipes as the contents of a wardrobe: it is said that with a little black dress, a white t-shirt, and a nice bag, you can create infinite looks. Apply the same principle to the recipes in this book by adapting them to seasonal ingredients, to your taste, and to what you already have available.”.

It is a book to flip through and consult repeatedly: perhaps initially focusing on the photographs, then deciding which recipe to try, and finally reading my tips and the producers' quotes.
