The grapes for the production of our organic wines are handpicked, personally selected by Martino Bianchi, and then vinified by the winemaker and brother Gabriele.

Cerus is produced from interspecific varieties of the Cabernet Sauvignon family, which are carefully selected and handpicked. These grapes are then aged in barriques for 13 months, a process that gives the wine remarkable complexity and depth.
