The grapes for the production of our organic wines are hand-picked, personally selected by Martino Bianchi, and then vinified by the oenologist and brother Gabriele.

Cerus is produced from interspecific varieties of the Cabernet Sauvignon family, which are carefully selected and hand-picked. These grapes are then aged in barriques for 13 months, a process that gives the wine remarkable complexity and depth.
