Grapes and Winemaking:
100% Merlot, fermented and macerated in wooden conical vats for 40 days, aged in barriques for 15 months.

Tasting Notes:
A red ruby wine, on the nose an immediate wine that focuses its olfactory notes on the freshness of the fruit and spiciness.

Tasting it, it is a fresh wine, balanced between the hardness and softness of flavors, with a present but still elegant tannin and a beautiful fruity expression.

Medium-bodied and in perfect gustatory harmony.

Pairings:
First courses with meat, for example, risotto with Ticino lard and aromatic herbs or luganighetta.

Chardonnay and Sauvignon, fermented and aged in second passage barrels

Tasting Notes:

In the glass, it has a straw yellow color with slight golden reflections, then on the nose, one perceives olfactory sensations of Golden apple, gooseberry, boulangerie, and a slightly smoky touch given by the wood used.

Drinking it, it contrasts an intriguing fresh and savory note with a warmer part of structure and softness that create an ideal harmony on the palate, prolonging the pleasantness of the drink.
