Marà is one of our jewels, a classic method organic rosé sparkling wine with steel and barrel aging before the second fermentation in the bottle for 14 months. The fine and persistent perlage gives class and elegance to our organic sparkling wine.

There is also the Marà del lago variant, a classic method rosé sparkling wine aged on the bottom of Lake Lugano. The "del lago" version is produced in limited quantities and reservations are recommended 12 months in advance from the moment of commercialization (December 1st of each year)

Characteristics and Winemaking:

Produced with interspecific varieties of the Cabernet Sauvignon family, Marà Spumante Rosé undergoes a classic first fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in barrels for a few months, before proceeding with the second fermentation in the bottle.

The contact with the yeasts for 14 months before disgorging enriches the sparkling wine with complexity and finesse, while maintaining its characteristic freshness and elegance.

Visually, Marà presents itself with a delicate light pink color, enriched with coppery hues.

On the nose, it offers an intriguing bouquet, with floral and fruity notes that invite tasting.
