A fun drink created by Martino and Gabriele, who have combined artisanal techniques and the art of sparkling wine making to recreate their grandmother's recipe.
Sambì is an alcoholic and sparkling drink with a delicate elderflower flavor. Ingredients: Elderflowers, water from Monte Generoso, lemon, sugar.

Origin: Ticino

Alcohol content: 4.2%.
